I am not driven by tools or technologies. They serve a defined strategy and objectives. We don't put the cart before the horse. We start by auditing, we analyze, we seek to understand how BtoB or BtoC Internet users operate in our market, we look at what competitors are doing. Very often this preliminary work makes it possible to detect opportunities, niches or even blue oceans. I am a supporter of the circumvention strategy: when a market or niche is too difficult to penetrate (competition too strong and too well established), there is almost always a circumvention strategy to put in place to achieve it. It is not by doing like all market players that we will have better results. We have to do things differently and that’s one of my added values.
